Part-Time Property Management Assistant
Our client, a well-know property management firm located in Silver Spring with easy access to MD 200 is seeking a part-time property management assisting to work with their team for a 3 month temporary assignment. Working around 25 hours a week with flexible shifts from 8:30am-12:30pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm, M-F, no weekends required.
Responsible for answering and transferring multi-line phones, greeting and directing guests at a fast-paced front desk, issuing visitor passes, handling written and verbal communication, handling maintenance issues in a timely manner, and above all, providing top-notch customer service to all residents and visitors on a daily basis.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
-1-5 years of property management or real estate assistant experience.
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Detail oriented and able to adjust to and prioritize demands as they present themselves throughout the day.
-Able to work a flexible, part-time schedule, M-F with varying shifts, 8:30am-12:30pm or 1:00pm-5pm, for a total of 20-25 hours, each week.
