Retail Inheritance Services Department:
The Retail Inheritance Services team serves a very special purpose. They are there to support clients through a significant time of need by serving as an advocate for the client throughout the change of ownership process. Their cause is to help clients during what is often an extremely challenging time both emotionally and as it pertains to their financial assets. In-house training will be provided to ensure a level of comfort with departmental systems, processes, and client service expectations.
Beneficiary Support Associate are the front line of our business, staffing the phone lines and fielding calls from current and potential clients. Duties will include handling mostly incoming client calls. Most of the calls will be to assist with Retail Inheritance questions. Excellent training will be provided. These positions are superb entry-level roles for anyone who wants to get inside the business world and start a career. These positions are temp-to-hire with a lot of opportunities to transition into permanent roles.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
-Undergraduate degree preferred

The pay is $16.00/hr with potential increase if placed permanently with company.
After training: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. during daylight savings time, which is normally early March-early November. From early November to early March, you must be willing to work 9:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
