On-Line Call Center Representative
Work location: Portland OR United States 97201
Start : ASAP
Duration: 6 months - possibility to be extended
Shift hours: have to be available to work any 8 hour shift between 6am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. After they are trained, they will probably work the early shift - like a 6am - 2:30 shift
This is phone support for the Enterprise Procurement team. You are taking inbound calls from internal team-members with questions like how do I order a cell phone, how do I order office supplies, etc???) - you will let them know where to get what they are looking for and how to order. These calls are not scripted and you are taking less than 50 call/day. You will provide information over the phone or you may have to email the process to them.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Prefer 1 year of call center experience
Type, navigate and update call tracking system
Willingness to learn
Good phone presence
