Learning and Development Project Coordinator
An experienced Learning and Development Project Coordinator is needed for a large utilities company in Charlotte, NC. The Learning & Development Project Coordinator supports the Enterprise Learning & Development team with various project coordination and logistic activities in support of virtual and face to face training initiatives.

Set up virtual workshops and act as a producer during the sessions (WebEx)
Manage all aspects of face to face trainings, which includes room reservation and set up, ordering supplies and food, and sharing necessary hotel and travel information with facilitator and participants
Manage social collaboration tools (Yammer) including user access management, posting and responding to updates and comments
Support marketing and communications for Enterprise L&D offerings which includes writing and distributing communications
Back up support for L&D mailbox
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent planning, documentation and organization skills; strong attention to detail and high standards of quality; strong commitment to continuous improvement
Results driven, self-starter, and open to change
Excellent analytical skills, the ability to see the big picture and understand ramifications of decisions
3+ years experience working in a corporate training environment is a must
Experience managing relationships and partnering with external vendors to prepare for trainings
Must be results/detail oriented and collaborative
Familiarity with SharePoint and ability to manage/update documents and site as needed
Ability to support virtual ILT sessions using WebEx or other related tools from set up to production and distribution of session
Ability to support facilitation leveraging mobile facilitation tools (slido)
Ability to create and manage Yammer groups
High school diploma / GED
