Executive Assistant Supporting CEO

A top International Non-Profit Organization is now seeking a full time Executive Assistant to support the President/CEO. This role is only supporting 1 person however, will require heavy interation with about 20-25 Board Members!
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the planning of annual Board events (schedule of meetings, field visits, etc.) and assist with establishing priorities for Board activities.
-Support the President and Board Chair in the preparation of coherent and relevant agendas for general Board and Executive Committee meetings.
-Collect and/or prepare and distribute background materials for these meetings.
-Schedule and manage the logistics (site selection, catering, hotel, transportation) for in-person full Board meetings, Executive Committee meetings, and other Committee meetings as requested, plus teleconferences, as well as the Board dinner, retreats, events and trips to the field.
-Attend all Board and Executive, Nominating, and Governance Committee meetings.
-Take minutes, as needed, finalize and distribute approved versions and report on proceedings to absent members, as requested.
-Handle both domestic and international arrangements to Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Ability to manage a variety of tasks successfully
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Highly organized, detailed and results-driven mindset
- Must be able to handle confidential information discreetly
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced daily environment
- Positive go-getter/ can-do attitude
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and additional software knowledge
- Must have experience booking international travel, specifically to Africa, Asia, and the Americas
