Call Center Representative

In this role, you will provide hospitality expertise to customers from across the globe and be a part of their travel journey through reservations services, support, and customer care requests for hospitality company, Marriott located in Miami, FL. You will assist customers by answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations. Customers may contact you with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels including voice, email, and chat. Responsibilities include processing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
Pay: $11.25/hour
*$150 bonus upon completion of training, and another $150 bonus upon completion of assignment or conversion*
*$100 bonus weekly incentive for good standing.

Shifts: 8 hour shifts will fall between the hours of operation of 7am-1am CST.
*Your shift will be assigned during training, and will be the same each day moving forward. We do ask for the flexibility to work all shifts as we cannot guarantee a specific shift, however we will take your preference into consideration.*
Responsibilities:
Processing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and an open communication with Marriott properties, related company contacts, and third parties
Verifying availability of room and type
Input and access data in relevant systems
Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Working hours: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Is a self-starter with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Has the ability to receive constructive feedback, then immediately and consistently apply it
Has proficient computer skills
Has the flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary.
Has some customer service or sales experience
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be available to work any 8 hour shift between 7am-1am CST
Must be willing to complete the terms of your assignment
Must be able to provide documented proof of your legal right to work in the United States
Must pass background check and drug test
