Business Administrative Manager

Business Manager is the internal driver for the customer and supports the sales department with primary focus on managing everyday business needs.
Work closely under the direction of Sales Supervisor to complete everyday tasks of managing assigned customers/departments/products to include POS trending, reporting, SKU maintenance, maintaining pricing, creating profitability reports, tracking customer inventory, monthly/quarterly Executive summary reports, sales presentations, and responding to Executive requests as required.
Additionally, responsible for cross departmental communication; issue resolution related to customer forecast, orders and shipments; project/ promotional management; maintenance of customer information including: pricing, customer addresses, item cross reference information, rep commissions.
Responsibilities:
?? Customer POS analysis/reporting
?? Creating profitability reports
?? Preparing monthly/quarterly Executive summary reports,
?? Prepare sales presentations/decks
?? Entering Sample requests
?? New Customer Meetings with internal departments
?? Set-up and Maintenance of Customer/Item Pricing/Ship to Locations
?? Customer Item Cross Reference Information
?? Updating Customer Profile in MAS
?? Communicate deductions and rebate programs to accounting
?? Communicate Rep Commissions to accounting
?? Complete Sales Request for: Costing, Design/Images/Displays, Samples, Pack-out confirmation, New item set-up (Launch item), Item #/UPC/I2of5 Assignment
?? Complete Get Ready for new business, promotions, ads, displays
?? Obtain and distribute Customer Requirements/guidelines to appropriate departments (Ex: routing guides, packaging requirements, audit and testing requirements)
?? Provide direction on product availability issues
?? Enter and Maintain Customer Portal information (BTP available inventory, shipment/invoice information/item case pack qty??s and dimensions)
?? Responsible for all external setup sheets that are customer specific
?? Assist with managing and coordinating of Customer Trade Shows
?? communication with reps and customer accounts to ensure business is properly managed
?? Coordinate the needs of assigned Sales people to the appropriate departments within our Company.
?? Responsible for completing special projects directed by Sales Management team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
--Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business field or experience in related field possessing a general working knowledge of Business/Account Management.
--Preferred Abilities and Skills:
Good computer skills, Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.), Good customer service skills, Ability to perform analysis based on reported data, Excellent research skills, Ability to understand basic marketing strategy fundamentals, Able to communicate effectively- both in writing and verbally, Ability to set priorities and manage time wisely, Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment, Ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task, Good organizational skills,
Qualifications:
Professional headquarters office. Professional dress and behavior required. Hours are typically 8:00am ?? 5:00pm, Monday ?? Friday. Must be available to work additional hours as needed. Must be available for occasional travel, sometimes overnight.
