Summary: Provides administrative support within a functional area or department. Supplies information, maintains files, schedules appointments, produces correspondence and otherwise relieves department head of minor administrative and business detail. Responsibilities: Prepares routine correspondence, memoranda, reports, meeting agenda and minutes and presentation material.Answers and screens telephone calls, takes messages provides information, or re-directs calls as appropriate. Receives and directs visitors.Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries; coordinates related arrangements.Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, assembles correspondence for mailing.May generate and distribute reports.Maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Other Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills required. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and various programs.
Education: Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years of related experience. Entry level position.
