Customer Service

West Chester, PA- Global Manufacturing client has a direct hire opening for a Customer Service- Account Quality Specialist.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Salary= $40,000-$55,000
Responsibilities:
This person will be assigned to one to several national accounts depending on volume and will be instrumental in communicating with contacts at client regarding forecasting (i.e. how much product does the client anticipate needing?), updating client on shipments status, providing customer service and handling any issues as needed. This position will be a mix of customer service and sales - talking to client, building relationship, making client aware of promotions, understanding their business needs and communicating acquired information to other departments as needed to ensure the company is prepared for future orders.
??? Gathering and analyzing data across customers, regions, distribution channels, and products; identifying and tracking key performance indicators
??? Assembling information related to competitive issues, product assortments, retail pricing, weather forecasting, and emerging trends
??? Utilizing customer replenishment systems to maximize sales and ensure target levels of inventory throughout each season
??? Supporting sales from product sell-in through post-sale follow-up
??? Coordinating sales collateral to meet presentation deadlines
??? Monitoring inventory and order requirements to meet customer needs
??? Liaison between sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics
??? Other marketing team projects, as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first focus
- Excellent analytical skills-ability to compile and synthesize data, summarize findings, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to management-strong problem-solving skills a must
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and focus on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively develop analyses around on-going business trends
- Understanding of economic factors, market conditions, weather implications, and the competitive landscape affecting seasonal, mass market product lines
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience supporting National clients (example: Lowe's, Walmart, Target, Staples, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years customer service and sales forecasting experience
