Administrative Assistant Advanced Level
Randstad is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for a financial services client in the Bay Area. This is a 3-4 month contract to cover a maternity leave.
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM
-Providing support for a Senior VP and a direct report
-Extensive calendar management
-Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports utilizing Concur
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Previous experience providing administrative support to an Executive
-Previous Concur and MS Office experience
-Experience coordinating travel and processing expense reports in Concur
-Must have previous experience supporting an Executive
-Must be proficient in MS Outlook and Concur
-Must have extensive calendar management experience
