Office Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated admin who enjoys positions that involve a multitude of tasks. You would be joining a small office team and you'd have the opportunity to learn multiple facets of the office environment. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity, and you would be working Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Ordering Supplies
- Greeting Clients
- Helping with Travel Arrangements
- Sending and Receiving Packages
- Basic Accounting
- Other tasks as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Self-motivated
- Likes Working in a Team Environment
- Desire to Grow and a Quick Learner
Qualifications:
- AS/BS in a Business related field preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks,MIcrosoft Dynamics, or other similar software is extremely beneficial
- Knowledge of basic accounting terms and principles
- Previous experience working in an office environment required
- Must be dependable
