Sales Representative Intermediate Level

Seeking a dedicated sales professional with strong administrative skills that wants to build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote products including auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to grow your strengths and build new skills.
Responsibilities:
-Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
-Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
-Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
-Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
-Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements:
-Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
-Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
-Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
-Enthusiastic about the role

-Self-motivated
-Detail oriented
-Proactive in problem solving
-Able to learn computer functions
-Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

-Position may require irregular working hours
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
