We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant for our Waltham, MA office.
This position requires strong experience in supporting senior level managers in a small growing company as well as the skills to run and organize the office. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic with excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Qualified candidates should have experience supporting the day to day requirements of senior managers within the company as well as visitors and other dignitaries. We are looking for a team player who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
?? Greet and assist all walk-in visitor traffic to the Waltham office
?? Screen incoming calls, answer general questions as necessary and refer matters to appropriate parties
?? Assist in planning and organizing meetings. May be required to prepare meeting notes.
?? Facilitate company events
?? Maintain calendars and appointments
?? Effectively manage calendars, schedule meetings
?? Assist in follow-up of action items from meetings
?? Coordinate domestic and international travel and identify services required based on itinerary
?? Manage confidential information
?? Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and order kitchen supplies
?? Order office supplies and control inventory
?? Sort and distribute mail
?? Prepare presentations if needed
?? Assist any department as required
?? Set up new employees with work space and business cards
?? Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment
?? Perform clerical duties as requested by senior management
?? Accurately perform ad hoc projects as requested
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
