Our client located in the Downtown Phoenix area is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with tasks listed below. This position is a temporary opportunity but is a great foot in the door with the State of Arizona. They are seeking a candidate with at least 2+ years of experience in an Administrative/Office role.
Please review the required duties below.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails.
Prepare internal and external documents, and presentations to include formatting.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries when needed.
Maintain flow board
Update PJAC tracking system
Manage PJAC Huddle board with metrics.
Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, powerpoint, excel, one note, with an ability to become familiar with agency-specific programs and software
Organizational, project management and problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
