Randstad is hiring for an award-winning residential/commercial roofing company in Douglasville. They are looking for a special person to join their team.
*Answer Phone, Call customers on order questions, Process Orders in software, collect payment.
*Monitor and purchase supplies, inventory and equipment when low.
*Maintain & update Website as needed
*Maintain and organize paperwork needed
*Front Desk Support when needed. Process customers orders and answer phone.
*Maintain and update price sheet for customers.
*Provide assistance to owner: Personal taxes, new Insurance companies & plans, Software updates, personal bank information, medical papers, organizing, etc.
*Maintain and update yearly Business license, vehicle insurance, Workers Comp & Liability
*Organize and maintain files and records with both Digital & physical Copies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*At least 2-3 years office management experience in a small company environment in a manufacturing/construction environment preferred *
*Experience managing functions of other assistants in an office environment *
*High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Suite products including Outlook
