Customer Service EntryLevel
Our client is looking for a customer service representative for their high volume call center.
It's a temp to hire role, pay is $14/hr, Monday - Friday.
Essential functions include obtaining and verifying client information to process a claim, update, and determine eligibility of service. The Agent makes an important contribution to customer satisfaction by providing a prompt, efficient and courteous service to callers.
-Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
-Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
-Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
-Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
-Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a loss is covered by insurance.
-Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
-Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
-Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
-Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
-Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
