We are seeking candidates that are available for an immediate contract Receptionist opportunity in July with our client in East Greenwich. This would be a short term assignment that has the possibility of being extended based on the client's needs and candidates performance. Qualified candidates must have experience working in a front desk capacity in a professional setting. The hourly pay rate for this role would be $14.00/hr and the hours would be 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
Daily responsibilities for this assignment will include but will not be limited to: managing a multi-line phone system, data entry, greeting customers upon arrival and performing clerical tasks (filing, faxing, ect) managing the front desk and various projects as they become available.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a professional office environment
* Experience operating a switchboard/busy multi-line phone system
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
