Customer Service Intermediate level
Randstad is looking for experienced call center representatives for a position in the South End of Louisville!
Positions will pay $13.00. The hours will be 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
PRINCIPLE JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Use tools available such as Customer Service Application, Guidelines, Online CSR Binder, etc, to answer each call correctly and achieve first call resolution, when appropriate
-Display excellent customer service with each customer, co-worker, and all with whom you come into contact.
-Adhere to assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
-Troubleshoot and escalate calls appropriately
-Comment the system after every call; wrap up each call appropriately
-Complete any necessary paperwork in a timely manner
-Maintain professionalism at all times
-Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--High School Diploma Required
--2 years of customer service a must; Contact Center experience preferred
--Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
--Working knowledge of Internet
