Data Entry I
Randstad is seeking individuals for data entry positions with a Fortune 50 insurance company located in Bloomington, IL. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of relevant computer applications such as MS Office, accurate keyboard skills, knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures. **10.50/hr and 1st shift**
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
-Scan or read incoming materials to determine how and where they should be classified or filed
-Input data, such as file numbers, new or updated information, or document information codes into computer systems to support document and information retrieval
-Perform general office activities, such as typing, answering telephones, operating office machines, processing mail, or securing confidential material
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
-Strong typing skills
-High attention to detail
