Customer Service-Become a Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent
If you are goal orientated, self-motivated, flexible, and an effective communicator and willing to work weekends and nights, we will train you to become a licensed Health Insurance Agent! **No experience required**
Randstad needs Group Health Sales Agent to support the upcoming Open Enrollment season. The Sales Agent Trainee will be provided the opportunity to attend a 40 hours paid class to obtain a 13-32 Health Insurance license. Once licensed, the agent will handle primarily inbound calls in call center environment with the overarching goal on enrolling the customer into a health plan. Outbound calls (10%) will also need to be made to either chase, follow up and close the sale and also call on marketing campaigns to convert leads into sales opportunities.
The agent works with customers over the phone to find what health insurance product they want, match the products to their needs and complete the application for insurance. The agent creates solutions for the customer and ensures a smooth sales process. Sales agents follow up with the customer to close the sale and drive referrals from their customer base.
Multiple start dates between July, August, and September. Potential temp to hire opportunity.
--Generate new customer sales via qualified inbound calls/outbound for product/client
--Respond to customer inquiries regarding product offerings
--Deliver best-in-class customer experience and ensure ongoing satisfaction and customer retention
--Identify and overcome buying obstacles
--Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives as established by the management team
--Exceed all company and client driven metrics for sales revenue, retention rates, quality, compliance, and service level
--Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call and log information related to those calls
--Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliant procedures
--Researches and resolves disputes and problems within established guidelines
--Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records
--Maintain inbound availability to support telephone service levels and customer satisfaction.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
--Attend 40 hour pre-licensing class
--Commit to 2-3 weeks of on-site study and passing the state exam
--Obtaining 13-32 license prior to the start of product training.
--Flexibility to work 8 hour shifts within the Call Center operating hours of will Monday through Sunday from 9:00am to 9:00pm (or as business demands) during open enrollment (October - December). All shifts will include evenings, nights and/or weekends.
--100% adherence to assigned schedule during the open enrollment season.
--Experience using computers and navigating among multiple systems and screens.
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well developed interpersonal skills.
--Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
--Experience working independently and as part of a team
--Experience with listening and relating key information to comparable selling situations to apply appropriate responses and actions.
--Work experience in a sales positions where sales skills were demonstrated
--Minimum of High School Diploma
--Call Center Experience is preferred.
