Sales Compensation Administrator
Large healthcare organization looking for an additional Sales Comp Administrator to add to their quickly growing team in the Las Colinas area!
The Sales Compensation Administrator will be responsible for compensation plan administration and calculation for our Field Sales organization. Key responsibilities will include:
??? Ensure commissions and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.
??? Review sales commission requests submitted by the Field Sales team within Salesforce.com.
??? Provide excellent customer service to Field Sales team by addressing questions promptly regarding commissions.
??? Reconcile sales compensation payments if necessary.
??? Document current processes.
??? UAT testing of Compensation System
Working hours: 1:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Prefer 4 year degree in Accounting - can be flexible depending on experience
Intermediate to advanced user of Excel
Team player but can work well independently
Above average communication skills
Compensation Analysis experience very beneficial
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
