A successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of agency/in house marketing and print/web collateral development, and experience with sales event planning. Someone who has account/marketing coordinator/executive experience. Must have basic/working knowledge of Adobe suite and MS Office software to handle minor edits and updates.
This is a temp assignment - minimal 3 months - max would be 6 months !
1. Receive and coordinate internal and external Marcom requests
a. Materials/files: fulfillment, corrections, etc.
b. Internal coms: ops reports, product bulletins, etc.
c. Co-op requests
d. Trade show support
e. General sales/marketing requests from RSMs or reps
f. Content/PR; liaison between MEP/WM and LCW ??? depending on skills, could help organize, schedule and post
2. Digital and physical asset organization (e.g. internal servers, print & exhibit vendors, marketing and product closets, etc.)
3. Help compile and organize contacts and info for various coms lists (e.g. rep, distribution, A/E/C, etc.)
4. Liaison between stakeholders for various stages within big projects (e.g. NSM, content development, rep portal, etc.)
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
