Customer Service Call Center Representative
Serving as a Customer Service Representative in a call center. Job duties are as follows:
*Taking up to 70 inbound calls a day
*Diffusing angry customers
*Taking information from customers and arranging transportation
*Maintaining a lower speed of answer time and lower average handle time
Training hours will be from 8am-5pm and be flexible on shift, shift will be assigned after training is completed.
*Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute, and must be computer proficient
*Must have a positive attitude
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Good Computer/Technology skills
At least one year of prior customer service experience in one company
Two positive work related references
