Inside Sales Consultant
Serious inquires only for someone with a "Hunter Mentality"
Interact with customer and prospects, inbound and outbound
Solve customers issues by understanding their needs
Professionally engage them via phone, live chat, and email
Secure orders, provide product information, and resolve customer service concerns
Follow-up, log and task every engagement into SalesForce

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Hunter mentality- willing and excited to follow up on warm, qualified, educated consumer leads
Ability to understand technical parts / specifications
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
The ability to actively and sincerely engage with customers is critical to success in this role
Excellent telephone communication (listening and explaining required)
Ability to work a flexible work schedule as required-we need to be available when our customers wish to engage with us!
High level of computer literacy, experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
Consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success (progress vs. quotas, customer reviews, etc.) is a plus
