Medical Customer Service Rep

Our client, located near Waters and Anderson, is looking for experienced Medical Customer Service Reps.

- Authenticate the information on all medical claims received

- Reviewed and made sure that there is no omitted information

- Answered inquiries from providers on the subject of claim, eligibility, covered benefits and approval status issues

- Kept thorough records of claims and followed up on dropped cases

- Entered claims into computer utilizing knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 codes and medical terminology

- Read and assessed medical documents.

- Documented all activities through CRM

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Strong computer skills, (Excel highly preferred)
Must have benefit and claims background in the medical insurance field.

3 Shifts available: M-F 830a-430p, 9a-5p, or 10a-6p
Temp to Hire Position
Start Date of July 30th, 2018
The customer is looking for long job tenure, minimum of 2 years in each previous position
