We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Watertown, CT. This is a temporary opening but could go permanent for the right candidate. The salary is $13-$14 per hour and the hours are 8am-5pm. If interested, please email me your resume firstname.lastname@example.org
Tasks would include:
Contacting subcontractors to follow up on deliverables and invoices to be paid
Submitting subcontractor invoices for payment
Issuing Client invoices
Eventually assisting with overflow of project creation in SF and support of occasional project requests for simple services required.
customer service experience in an office environment - preferably in the telecom industry but not required
making outbound calls to customers for follow up
project management, coordinating multiple projects
computer literacy to include Excel
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Construction Admin background is a plus!
