Document Prep Clerk - 2nd Shift

Document Prep Clerk
--Will be responsible for accurately processing physical documents
--Opening, sorting & organizing mail and verifying contents
--Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy of documents - preparing documents for processing/scanning
--Identify errors and correct any errors in data, and escalate to supervisor
--Filing/organizing documents for future reference
--MUST be comfortable in a fast-paced PRODUCTION environment
Pay and Shift:
2nd Shift- $12.10/hour
Mon-Fri (1:30PM- 10:00PM)
-Open envelopes and verify contents
-Remove staples, paperclips, etc to prepare documents to be scanned
-Scan documents into system for data entry clerks
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
-Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment
-- A year of clerical, office, admin or production-based experience
-- A Birth certificate, U.S. passport or permanent resident card is required
-- Due to the sensitive nature of the documents you'll be working with, candidates must have 7+ years of US residency
