A successful manufacturing company in the North Haven area is seeking a full time Recruiter to add to their busy and growing team. This position is responsible for resolving internal issues, recruiting new employees, managing upper management schedules, and act as the point of contact for employee relations and communications.

This role will include identifying top talent for company recruitment and placing qualified candidates in the most appropriate positions. This position is also responsible for planning and implementing HR needs and strategies, handling sensitive and confidential information, as well as various administrative duties. The Human Resources Assistant reports to the Human Resources Director and must possess adequate knowledge of basic HR aspects including; employment laws, & performance management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This is a full-time permanent position with working hours of Mon- Friday: 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm.
Requirements Include -
- 2-3 years HR experience
- MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
