Customer Service Representative

Large & reputable medical manufacturer in the Carlsbad area is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a great team in supporting existing accounts and clients.

Responsibilities:
This team member will answer incoming phone calls, assist customers with questions and inquiries, take payments, process orders and become knowledgeable in the company products manufactured & sold. Must be able to proficiently utilize computer software programs including MS Office Suite. This position will work as part of a team and has the opportunity to grow with the company. Great benefits offered as well!

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Credentials
--High School Diploma
--2+ years of related customer service or account management experience
--Customer communication both written and verbal
--Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized
--Type 45+ WPM
--Detail oriented and accurate
--Basic skill set in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

$18-$20 per hour
