Aftermarket Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to assist with customer service and sales functions for our clients Aftermarket Sales department. International shipment experience is highly preferred for this role.

- Process service orders including job creation, time, and expense allocation
- Track service technician trip reports and expenses, to ensure they are submitted accurately & promptly
- Ensure service technician time is properly recorded under the correctly assigned job
- Assist with customers with part order processing: process parts, retrofit orders based on initial data entry
- Coordinate and schedule international shipments for customer service orders
- Process international orders from order verification, shipping documentation, and invoicing
- Manage and update customer and machine data
- Receive and direct customer telephone requests to customer service specialists
- Assist service technicians with travels arrangements

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Monday to Friday: 6AM to 2:30PM

$17 to $20 per hour; commensurate with experience

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in customer service
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in order entry
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in order processing
- Submitting to drug and background screenings
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience with export (international) shipment is highly preferred
