Sales Representative Intermediate Level

Our client is seeking a strong inside sales representative to join their growing team your responsibilities will consist of the following:

Communicating & Building Relationships with Clients over the phone
Understanding the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions
Handling the traffic of customers and ensure proper attention to every customer
Analyze the choices and financial capacities of every customer and suggest suitable products
They offer different alternatives to customers in their preferred choice of product
Demonstrating a strong knowledge of the product line and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
Responsible to close sales deals and achieve customer satisfaction
Call up the prospective customers, explain details of the different products and services offered and convince them to buy the products
Make efforts to achieve the short term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization

Responsibilities:
Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations with the customers
Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly
Take into serious consideration the suggestions and complaints made by the customers and report them to the production department
Research the market for new competitive products introduced and the marketing strategies adopted by competitors
Record details of every sales transaction in the sales book and submit weekly reports to the higher officials

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. Inside sales reps will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
Communication Skills: Inside sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
Flexibility: Inside sales reps might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
