Claims Customer Service Representative

Randstad is curerenlty seekings qualified healthcare related Customer Service Representatives to join the team. We currently have an opening for a Claims Customer Service Representative with a Fortune 5 Healthcare provider out of Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer Inbound Calls
2. Resolve Member/Provider Inquiries
3. Provide Claims disposition
4. Provide Authorization status
5. Master internal department workflow process

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
1. Ability to work the following shift

Shift Start/End Time: 8:30 to 5:00 pm

Dress Code: business casual

2. Desire and ability to complete a 2 month contract

Qualifications:
1. Healthcare experience working within a call center environment
2. Claims knowledge
3. Eligibility
4. Risk - payment methodologies (ffs vs CAP)
5. Ability to attain quality call outcomes - 5 star service
6. Bilingual Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi, Korean, Chinese preferred (any or all)
