In this role you will be performing a variety of duties to including administrative, marketing support and meeting planning and arrangements.
We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail, analytical skills and flexibility to perform duties from front office receptionist to preparing technical reports and calendar management.
Be able to create technical reports and presentations
Must type over 30 WPM and be able to type reports
Assist with marketing materials and mailings
Assist with making meeting arrangements
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Ideal candidate will have:
-At least two years of administrative support experience
-Intermediate skills in all MS Office
- Strong communication skills
-Strong writing skills
- Flexible enough to perform general office duties to more extensive administrative duties
