Administrative Assistant Intermediate level
Our client, a large financial services company,located in Roseville, CA, has an immediate need for an Administrative assistant. This role is paying $12.00 an hour and will be at least 4 months in duration.
Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual. Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects.
Answering the telephones and greeting clients in a professional manner. Maintaining the mail funds and check logs. Assisting the Branch Manager and Operations leader in various small projects. Prep weekly meetings, submit expense reports as well as ordering supplies and maintaining the upkeep of the office
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Ability to multi-task. Organized. Detail Oriented. Ability to think outside the box. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to conduct themselves in a professional environment
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with MS Office required. 0-2 yrs. of prior administrative experience is required.
