Small Office Manager/Assistant
A small software start up is seeking an office manager/executive assistant to help manage the day to day operations of their Tribeca Office. If you are a resourceful professional with a " can do " attitude, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with an evolving healthcare software company. Admin duties as well as some HR, ordering supplies, bookkeeping
Work on special projects
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Great communication both written and verbal
Excellent personal management
Great research skills
At least 1 year of administrative experience
Friendly, outgoing personality
Up to the challenge and not afraid to help where needed
