Small Office Manager/Assistant

A small software start up is seeking an office manager/executive assistant to help manage the day to day operations of their Tribeca Office. If you are a resourceful professional with a " can do " attitude, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with an evolving healthcare software company. The right candidate will be excited to learn the operations of this business from the ground up, and have a passion for what they do. Looking for a great team member to contribute their enthusiastic attitude and ability to run the office like a well oiled machine !

Responsibilities:
Admin duties as well as some HR, ordering supplies, bookkeeping
Coordinate events
Work on special projects

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Tech savvy
Mac experience
Great communication both written and verbal
Excellent personal management
Great research skills

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of administrative experience
Friendly, outgoing personality
Up to the challenge and not afraid to help where needed
