Administrative Assistant

Do you have a positive attitude and a cheerful disposition? Are you a self-starter and have the superb ability to pay attention to details? If so, we are looking for you! The ideal candidate is customer service focused, carries themselves in a professional manner, and can handle a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.

In this position, you will greet visitors and customers in person and over the phone at the front desk. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to leaders of the company. You must be organized, resourceful, and a good problem solver in order to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:
-Answer multi line phone system
-Coordinate travel arrangements
-Maintain office equipment and supplies
-Perform data entry
-General clerical functions

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Professional verbal and written communication meeting the highest levels of customer service
-Answering telephones, direct incoming calls, and take messages
-Preparing meeting agendas and attend team meetings
-Computing, recording, and proofreading data and other information, such as records and reports
-Scheduling and keeping track of multiple calendars

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1-2 years+ administrative assistant experience
-Detailed oriented
-Proficiency in MS Office Suites including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
-Calendar management experience
-Confidence in working with all levels of internal and external contacts
