Administrative Assistant Senior Associate
We currently have an opportunity with a Fortune 100 insurance company located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need someone with data entry and Microsoft Excel experience. This is a 5 month contract that has a possibility to be extended but will be based upon the needs of the business. This is not a commissioned sales position. This position is an opportunity for you learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.
Pay rate: $15.94
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
This individual will assist our Administrative/Clerical team with pulling and tracking claim files, updating spreadsheets, refiling claims, boxing and sending files, handling mail, and photocopying information as necessary.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Must be proficient in MicroSoft Office
Excellent organizational skills a must
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to lift boxes and push a cart with up to 30 lbs.
