Our client is Carrollton, GA is looking for an experience successful Administrative Assistant to support activities for multiple supervisors.
This position would pay between $14-16/hr depending on experience. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
In this position you would be responsible for:
- Assist the Controller with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations as needed
-Travel Planning (flights, hotels, rental cars)
-Prepare AIA or customer specified billing / invoicing documents/Waivers
-CRM System-Input Leads from central sources such as large trade shows, website inquires, and front desk calls and assign to appropriate salesperson for follow-up
-Back up - Office Support
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Knowledge of construction business practices.
