Patient Account Representative
The Patient Account Representatives will be responsible for generating, identifying, coordinating and executing new and potential sales opportunities. This Rep will work closely with all of the customer service reps and technical teams to consolidate prioritize and support the successful development of all sales opportunities including requests for quotations and lead times. Responsibilities will also include tracking and following up on the leads generated from emails, web marketing and from outside sales sources.
?? Generate and prospect new customers
?? Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
?? Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
?? Handle incoming sales calls and educate clients in product offerings
?? Develop expertise of the company??s product lines and marketing programs
?? Provide quotes
?? Maintain account information including notes on account and customers
?? Respond to inquiries and answering technical questions regarding the product line
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
--Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
--Excellent telephone sales personality
--Strong organization and presentation
--Highly energetic self-starter with excellent time management skills
--Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking
--Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
--Strong fundamental knowledge in marketing analytics
--Proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks
?? Diploma in Marketing or Business related field
?? Some sales experience
?? Basic knowledge of medical, anesthesia and dental instruments
