MALVERN PA - Our client in the Malvern PA location has an immediate opening for a Call Center Supervisor. This is a full time direct hire opportunity paying up to 62,000 annually. The right candidate will have at least 5 years of experience overseeing a call center and have excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team. - Manager 15 call center reps
- Create and implement metrics
- Monitor calls for quality control
- Handle escalated customer calls
- Prepare and distribute reports
- Train and hire new call center representatives
- Administrative work
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail
- Must be a team player!
- at least 5 years of Customer Service Call Center Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in call center reporting
