Administrative Assistant

A client of ours in the Toughkenamon area is seeking a temporary Admin for their billing department. This is a 3 month need and could be extended into later months if the needed arises. Please email me your resume if you are interested at

Responsibilities include:

-Match invoices
-Sign & File Truck Inspection Firms
-Data entry
-Enter in Payroll reports- Adjust reports if errors are found
-Take daily meeting minutes and report updates to staff
-Manage company uniforms (order new, return, and replace)
-Other clerical responsibilities as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

--Computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
--Analytical and Numerical skills
--Skills in database management and record keeping
--Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
--Must be able to prioritize and plan tasks and use time efficiently
--Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
--Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback

--Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
--Be willing to work as a team and share responsibilities as needed
--Must be bilingual English/Spanish
