Our client is looking to add a Receptionist to their team. This individual will be tasked with greeting clients at the door with a friendly smile as well as many other clerical, reception, and office support functions. Investing in their employees is something that is a main driver for the organization and it is reflected in their training and benefit programs.
- Responsible for maintaining office filing and record keeping systems; enters, edits, and retrieves data; employee time sheets.
- Uses a computer to produce letters, memos, spreadsheets, and agendas from straight copy, rough draft, or oral instructions; completes forms, requisitions and other documents.
- Answers and routes telephone calls; conveys information both orally and in writing.
- Coordinates and prepares for meetings; prepares bulk mailings; maintains departmental calendars.
-Maintaining presentation of break room and meeting rooms.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Degree preferred (not required)
--2-3 years Office experience
--English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; basic mathematics; standard types of office filing systems, proper telephone etiquette and techniques; standard office software applications; standard office equipment
--Excellent phone etiquette
--Experienced in excel
