Healthcare Call Center Representative
Positions Available for a Leading Company - Career Path Opportunity!!
40 hours per week, shifts will be between 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day
Be available to handle member inquiries.
Represent Health Plan by answering and documenting all incoming contacts to determine their nature, and respond to complex calls related to specialized product lines or queues.
Respond with empathy to complaints and concerns from members concerning health plan benefits, account status, payment history, and medical services.
Initiate contact with the appropriate health plan, medical group and facility personnel to obtain information relevant to the concern or inquiry as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**MAXIMUM 2-4 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience is required as this is an Entry Level Position**
**Must be available to start and have 100% attendance during the 90 day training period***
***Must be able to pass background and drug screenings prior to start date*****
***Typing 35 wpm minimum****
BI-LINGUAL IS A DEFINITE PLUS
Local People are preferred due to the Denver Area traffic! Lowry, Aurora, Glendale areas please
