- Answer incoming calls
- Answer emails
- Follow up with customers who have placed order to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain extensive product and service knowledge
- Upsell products
- Administrative support as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- must be able to work in a team
- Customer service oriented
- At least 2 years of manufacturing customer service
- Experience answering phones and emails
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
