ENTRY LEVEL TECH SUPPORT
Very stable, secure and growing technical security company is looking for 3 new technical customer service representatives! We have a growing support team for our secure cash management system and we are looking for entry-level people who love computers, networking or troubleshooting technical issues. Prior retail, or Call Center experience is valuable to us and very helpful in this role. We also have an amazing work schedule where we work a full 40-hours in four days rather than five. This gives you three full days off! This new department Tech Support Team has been growing since last December and we'd love to have you with us if you feel you have the qualifications listed and can also bring an outstanding attitude to our friendly, cohesive, and very close-knit team!

SUNDAY THRU WEDNESDAY 6:00 AM TO 4:00 PM (OFF ON THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY)
TUES., WED., THURS., SATURDAY 4:00 PM TO 2:00 AM (OFF ON SUNDAY, MONDAY, & FRIDAY)
SUNDAY, MON., THURS., FRIDAY 4:00 PM TO 2:00 AM (OFF ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, & SATURDAY)
- Gather customer information and determine solutions by evaluating and analyzing customers' questions and complaints.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- Identify and escalate opportunities to improve products and systems.
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
- Providing customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and chat for escalated technical issues.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues using remote assistance online tools.
- Escalate issues/incidents, as appropriate, within prescribed guidelines and collaborate with other technical support associates to drive issues/incidents to resolution
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
