Our client in Media, PA is seeking a customer service representative to join their fast paced office on a temporary basis. Our client is interested in having a candidate start immediately.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $14-15/hr
Responsibilities will include:
-answering inbound phone calls
-inputting orders into a proprietary database
-answering customer questions regarding products.
Training will be provided for this role. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' of customer service experience, preferably in a high volume environment answering inbound calls, a professional phone presence, and strong data entry skills.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-1-2 years' proven customer service experience, preferably answering inbound calls
-Professional phone demeanor
-Strong data entry skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
