Lyft is looking for a motivated and organized Community Associate to join our growing Express Drive team. In this role, you will help drive our local Express Drive operations, including driver onboarding and providing customer support. You will be the "face of Lyft" to new and existing drivers who are looking to participate in Lyft's vehicle access programs - short-term rentals that become discounted to the driver if they complete a certain number of rides. Guide drivers through the rental onboarding process
Work closely with peers and third parties to organize onboarding events for Lyft Drivers
Educate Drivers one on one and in groups
Support Drivers with your knowledge of both NYC and the Lyft platform
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
High energy with an outgoing, social personality-you love talking to people!
Excellent & clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail...basically you're someone who enjoys and is good coloring inside the lines
Ability to multi-task and switch into different modes during the workday/week
Bachelor??s degree preferred, but not mandatory
2+ years of retail/CS experience (NOT admin exp) dealing with complaints, unhappy customers, irate service
Decision-making ability - takes ownership of problems they face and has the ability to come up with creative solutions to improve the experience for everyone
