Permanent Opportunity
Pay: $14.90 - $18.57/hour
Hours: Must be flexible to work between 8 AM-8 PM Mon-Fri and 9 AM-5 PM on weekends

Job Description:

- Seeking motivated and organized Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you will help drive our local operations, including driver onboarding and providing customer support.
- You will be the "face of the company" to new and existing drivers who are looking to participate in vehicle access programs - short-term rentals that become discounted to the driver if they complete a certain number of rides.

-Guide drivers through the rental onboarding process
-Work closely with peers and third parties to organize onboarding events for Drivers
-Educate Drivers one on one and in groups
-Support Drivers with your knowledge of both NYC and the platform

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

-White glove customer service experience
-High energy with an outgoing, social personality-you love talking to people!
-Excellent & clear communication skills (verbal and written)
-Excellent attention to detail...basically you're someone who enjoys and is good coloring inside the lines
-Ability to multi-task and switch into different modes during the workday/week
-Patient and thorough

Bachelor???s degree preferred but not required
-Spanish proficiency preferred
-Retail, customer service, or vehicle rental experience
-Excellent computer skills, proficient with Google Suite

Management is looking for:
-Connection with the broader driver and local community
-Bachelor???s degree preferred, but not mandatory
-2+ years of retail/CS experience dealing with complaints, unhappy customers, irate service, etc.
-Empathetic, patient, service-oriented personality with an ability to absorb and diffuse tension
-Infectious passion and enthusiasm (someone who's "hard to be mad at")
-Problem solving ability that starts with deep company knowledge & communicating it to a driver and ends with suggestions on improving the product. A personality that is more customer-satisfaction oriented (???do what it takes to make the driver happy???) than back-office (???do what it takes to solve the problem???).
-Team first attitude
-Initiative, self-driven - steps up to take on projects outside their daily scope of responsibility or to learn new things without being instructed to do so
-Decision-making ability - takes ownership of problems they face and has the ability to come up with creative solutions to improve the experience for everyone
-Communication ability - able to express a complex idea succinctly verbally and in writing, giving an answer as well as expectations
