Inside Sales Representative
This position makes outbound calls to prospects and existing clientele and also handles inbound calls from prospects inquiring about the services.
Drive sales by responding via telephone & E-mail contact with opportunities of
sourced leads to identify, qualify, and develop quality sales for the sales team.
?? Maintain weekly reports for management on communication progress
?? Follow up on leads generated through marketing activity. Develop prospects into
candidates by effectively communicating the value proposition tailored to their needs
?? Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts.
?? Identify high potential prospects & transition qualified lead to sales organization for
further follow up
?? Utilize lead qualification process as well as document sales information in CRM
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
A high degree of initiative and creativity are required and encouraged
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in use of CRM systems strongly preferred
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills
Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
?? Results oriented: capable of bringing prospects to the next step in the process
