Part Time HR Generalist
Will perform HR related duties on a professional level and work closely with management to carry out HR initiatives, all on a part time schedule of 32 hours/week.
This position handles all of the following areas: employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting and on-boarding, and worker's' compensation.
-Manages the recruitment and on-boarding processes
-Manages payroll process, including conducting audits
-Ensure Employee Relations are maintained
-Handles all benefits administration through enrollment for new hires and open enrollment for existing team
-Will handle any worker's compensation matters and paper work as well as any FMLA procedures
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-3-5 years of HR experience
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent Employee relational skills
-Able to communicate and work with upper management
3-5 years experienced as HR Generalist
Able to commit to only 32 hours/week
MS Office skills
